wild guys vagina mod (though i use erplederp smoother vaginas)
any penis mod if you want to get the full use of wicked whims
skintones (THISISTHEM Alicias Skin OVERLAY 2 is my favorite)

thats all i can think of off top of me head though theres more mods out there

What Coffee said, WW is a must for adult play, and they have TONS of animation packs for all... preferences. I use it with pretty much every animation pack released and P0rnstar C0ck mod.

Hoe It Up is a small mod that enables pr0sti-tuition, perfect for a Rags to Riches, lol.
B1g D1ck Problems does nothing special but is stupid fun, your can wiggle it and stuff like that.

Those the only 3 I'm running (sometimes I install Basemental Druks and play with both, because on is amazing), but there are more.

It's just a bunch of animations being played, some are better than others and lots of them are really bad.
Then you have the personality things - don't play with that.
Or the porcelain dolls - don't play with that. Not even voiced. Looks absurd
Or the Strip club - boring after you play it once. Then it just becomes another job

The mod will never have anything. Vastly inferior to Sims 3 KW.
I don't play prostitutes (boring), Succumbus (glitchy and needs 3rd party mods), and dolls (only helps if the sim your sim is after plays for another team; still can't defeat the impregnable Lilly Feng) from WP either.
Basemental - why would you even do that?
You're better off just with normal T rated woohoo, imho. AT least that you can make mods for.

I tend to use WW but not actually have any animations, but use the vanilla Woohoo, I just want the nudity to be there when it makes sense, and I like the extra small systems to add to the simulation.

same i mainly use WW for the realism its the only mod iam aware of that has your sims remove their pants when using the toilet, always annoyed me that sims would sim on the toilet with the pants still up like are they pissing/♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ themselves?
