I honestly hope there are not anymore new or reoccurring bugs besides the three mentioned here. The dance floor bug is most concerning to me and then the rain bug. Least concerning to me are the the snowman bug and new main menu, but I could understand why it is annoying to some people. The hygiene needs going down from woohoo is a good bug fix that I noticed was bugged before this update, but it is annoying when something else breaks in the process of fixing bugs.

They broke many things... i can't change the clothing of my sims with the mirror anymore... i save the style, it's changed but the clothing looks the old way. It doesnt change.

My Vampires cant "wear" their red, glowing eyes anymore. (they change the color everytime back to a normal color). I can only use the glowing ones with their dark form.

My fingernails disappear too. For example my black ones at my vampire lady. They show in create a sim but in playmode they are gone.

I have snowman/snow angels everywhere in summer, they dont disappear...

yeah. So the update did a lot of sh** with my game/savefile. I'm mad tbh.

No. Fix the game. I paid money for those features. Weather. Dancing. Cost money.

A number of items that I paid for are no longer available in Build Buy. Still in the game, but can't be accessed. Thanks to a flipping "KITS" update.

EA is now breaking the game for BLOODY Kits that they didn't even make.

The vampire features (ears, eyes, teeth, and etc...) bug when they disappear not in dark form I noticed even before this update.

About the raining or snowing inside of the house. Hopefully EA will fix this bug quickly and will likely be one of the more obvious bugs, but there are a few work around ways for this fortunately even without a mod to fix this. If you do not want to turn off seasons then you can use the weather machine to make it stop raining or snowing that makes the sun come out with the only downsides being that you need to have enough land to use this and it is a little expensive for someone doing a rags to riches challenge. Other things that can help is a reward trait as well for waterproof where your sim will not get a negative moodlet from the rain and snow in addition to the fact that teen and older mermaids actually like rain and snow because it helps keep them hydrated.

Mostly because of cost saving; good people get fired or get not paid enough so they quit. I would not be surprised if EA tried to replace their programmer with AI. They already started to create kits through CC creator and I guess they are a lot cheaper as to hire skilled people. Welcome to the high-end capitalism.

The vampire bug is from before than this patch. What I do to "fix" this for now is to make a copy of vampire form to the human form, if I change him to his vampire form his features show.

That is no fun. Human form should not have to look identical to dark form, but I suppose it has to be one way or the other. Use no vampire features for human form until bug is fixed if you want it to look different from dark form, do not use dark form, or have human form look identical to dark form. It is a partial fix, but not entirely which would require EA to fix this bug.

I'm not defending them, I'm just saying what others can do so they dont loose their vampire look completely...

EA are the type that will cut costs however they can by cutting corners, just so long as everything is out on the internal deadline set by EA for the developers to complete it by, that's all that matters.

If it means hiring out to CC creators to build lots and sims for EA and it saves money and time for the developers to focus entirely on the core content, then that's what will happen.

Don't expect a lot by EA, they aren't good for an actual effort.
