Are all DJs ghosts now?

So I started a wild party, and the first DJ was, well, alive. I deleted it because it was ugly, and the next DJ came as a ghost. Deleted it, a third ghost DH came. And so on, I kept deleting and they kept coming, all as a ghost. I even zoomed into the spawn zone, to see if something was killing them but no, they spawn as ghost out of the bat. Only the DJ, all other sims walk around alive just fine.

Just curious if it is yet another new bug, couldn't care less for DJs in this game.

I think it might be this one save file, tho. It doesn't happen in any other save but this, but it in this one just kept happening.

Huh. never thought about it, but I've been seeing a lot of ghost DJ's too. Gives new meaning to "this place is dead" I guess.

When I go to the mixer bars some are live and some are ghost. I have been out and seen first one live then the rest ghost. Not sure why but after Life and Death came out I even see ghost bartenders.

Not sure about a DJ specifically, but in my current game the only available entertainer is a ghost, too.

Fortunately, the ghost DJs only applies to NPC. You can make your own sims a DJ as well with or without using cheats.

maybe there was some sort of horrific event. a serial killer who REALLY had it out for DJs?
