How do I get the power back on!

I'm playing ts4 paranormal stuff pack and a ghost has turned off the power and it won't come back on... its been DAYS.

Maybe you didn't pay your bills?
Check mailbox or under the Home icon in phone choose to pay bills.

My bills aren't the issue, a ghost has turned off my power and no matter what i do i can't get it back on

You'll probably have to appease the ghost so it turns the power back on.
