The Sims4 could not start on steam
Would not start and keep saying "it's running". Any advice please?

f you go to Task Manager (if you are on windows) end task for every instance of Sims 4 or the ea app. Then you would, probably, be wiser to restart your computer and run the Sims 4 again.
