I am overall not excited about the Businesses and Hobbies expansion pack even with the reveal trailer showing that business can now be included with a home in this dlc which contrary to previous expansion packs I might consider waiting longer before I buy this expansion pack. No other Sims game and no other Sims 4 dlc that I am aware of (including even Get to Work) combines business with a home, but that still does not dismiss the fact it will probably have a lot of bugs upon release similar to Get to Work and For Rent. Sure you can have a mini home upstairs in a retail store from Get to Work, but that is not an official home. The only unique thing I noticed about this new so called "expansion pack" is the combining business and home part and nothing else. For me personally I actually like the new features added from For Rent, but I could understand why it is the lowest rated expansion pack right now on Steam even if it is in my personal opinion currently underrated on Steam.
