The Sims 4 is not responding

I can't play, after about 5 minutes of playing it freezes and says "The Sims 4 is not responding", I have already sent a complaint, will I have to wait for the 2/14 update? It was because of the update, which was on 14/01, I haven't been able to play since that day, please fix it beforehand, I want to play.

If you play with mods une could be corupted or your save could be try starting the game with out mods and a new save
