lag/delay when clicking on sims

okay so basically whenever i click on my sim or any other sim theres a delay thats about 7 seconds. its really annoying and i cant play properly, i know that its because of mods, actually mostly the mods that give you a lot of interactions such as lumpinou mods or sacrificial mods. i know that this is a common issue and i have seen some of possible fixes, such as removing all of your mods etc, but does anyone have a solution how to stop it from lagging without removing my mods? thank you!

Until you nail down exactly which mod(s) are doing it, no one can help you.

Upgrade your PC; maybe I need to warn you, it will not always help if the mod is crappy programmed / or conflict with another mod.
