new game
i deleted my sims awhile back because every time i would pick new game i get a blank white screen now i downloaded it again pushed new game still i get a blank white screen how do i fix it or can i fix it

Delete everything that's in the Electronic arts folder found in your "Documents" folder
If you want to keep houses and Sims characters you saved then leave the "tray" folder in there. Tray folder contains all the Sims you save and houses you save while in build or CAS mode.
