Screen grays out when adding a sim from gallery

Anyone experiencing this problem? I only noticed this issue from update even without mods. I am unable to select sim and screen freezes.

Fortunately, I was able to exit the game, but the entire screen should not gray out. I never noticed this before until the most recent update. I will need to do more testing to find out to what extent this is bugged.

After some more testing done the screen does not always gray out when adding sims from the gallery and it did not gray out either when adding a sim family from my library, but I still think that the game should not gray out in CaS even if there is a bug. This makes it so that you are forced to exit the exit game immediately similar to how crashes work in CaS instead of being allowed to look at other outfits before exiting the game. Before this update occasionally I would run into an issue with the gallery I can either exit the game without saving by going to the main menu to exit game or start a new game and the game will proceed without crashing because of the gallery being bugged, but the screen going grey in CaS is just as bad as when the game crashes in CaS.
