Completely deleting and starting over

My wife has been complaining that the venues are stacked on top of eachother. I haven't seen it but she wants to delete the game and reinstall. I un-installed from steam but it doesn't seem to wipe it completely from the cloud or my computer. And the problem still persists. Any ideas?

Purge folders in documents as well. That's where mods would have been placed if your wife went nuts on installing random things that caused all this mess.

purge the registry as well and any cache. you should be able to find those details on how to do that by looking it up.

you will want to start over fresh, there must be no traces of the previous installation.
