small business erases if you move

I had a bowling alley (in another lot, other than his home) with my guy, 4 stars. I moved him to his wife's house and guess what? his small business went POOF.

His small business bugged and went to her house (their home now) with the same name and no stars. How terrible can these devs be?

edit: the other lot (the bowling alley) isnt even his anymore. I have to rebuy it if want it back.

Use a simoleon cheat if you have to rebuy the bowling alley. That will help at least partially. Enough simoleons that is to cover the expense of that small business, but this does seem like an annoying bug. You can do this both without mods and with the MCCC mod.
