Whats that dust thing?

It bothers me because I don't know what it is. I started noticing it a bit after getting Business and Hobbies, never noticed it before. What is it? Top right corner by the ground. These things show up like, every 30 in game minutes, in random places. This is in Willow Creek.

Doesn't seem to do anything, but kinda disruptive.

Also, checking and seems that this is happening no matter the season/weather/map. It's just a whole of dust devils indoors.

is there a option to mop the floor? maybe ist dirt or something. i dont have B&H so i cant really help with that much. but wath other packs do you have? maybe its some cross-feature with the dust the bust kit or soemthin...

Could your sim have something spoiled in their inventory like a meal that went bad or a spoiled item by the computer. Also a sim with bad hygiene will create a mist.

if it is a dust devil, it's on the floor above and if there is no means to reach it, it will remain up there causing chaos. This is why i always have a spellcaster around, they can remove the problem with a vacuum when up there using their magic to transport or with their magic power to clean the area.

I thought so as well, the only new DLC I added recently were BH and Eco Lifestyle. I thought it could be an environmental effect from Eco gone bad, but I watched people playing the pack and never saw the same thing on their videos.

No, it's not like that. It shows up just for a second or two and goes away, then comes back in a different random place, but always indoors, never outdoors.

If it's a Dust Devil, it's a mechanic of the Bust the Dust kit. If you don't wanna deal with them, there is a setting to turn them off.

the alternative is to use a cheat to teleport up to the level with a vacuum and clean the area.
