How to make money from rental ?
How does rental payment work ? Is it tied to the lease length ? Why does the lease length of my tenents reset automatically ?

Sadly that pack is beyond broken and nothing works as supposed so for the most it's everyone's guess... Sometimes landlord gets paid, most of time doesn't.
