Can you add Robin Banks to your household?

There are a few ways to do this. The easiest way is adding from gallery. A second way is adding her to household once you find her, but apparently there is a supposed to be a second Robin Banks that spawns if you do this because Robin Banks is supposed to be NPC. Also, you might encounter other burglars that are not Robin Banks.

my burglar alarms are too good i've yet to see a single one (which makes me happy i dont want me stuff stolen)

I have yet to see Banks household in new game starts.

Yes, this was confirmed from the devs but she will lose her special role and the game will spawn another burglar.
