Businesses and Hobbies includes hotels
This is probably the closest thing we are ever getting for hotels instead of an actual hotel expansion pack. Not from For Rent, but from Businesses and Hobbies. The reason why is because there is a wide variety of options to options to choose from when using a business from this expansion pack (such as sleeping and many other activities) and many more options available than even Get to Work which the only business it has is retail which is a buggy mess right now, needs fixing, and might need a refresh similar to Spa Day and more recently Get Together getting a refresh as well when it comes to more club activities being added. I am still skeptical about this expansion pack, but if it is not broken like For Rent and Get to Work that does help. It does however mean that Get to Work not only needs to fix bugs related to retail but possibly might need a refresh as well because of this new expansion pack and burglars being added to basegame.

James Turner's video from link helps explain how this expansion relates to hotels and I enjoyed watching, but the video is 43 minutes and 58 seconds long. One thing I noticed is that the hotel experience seemed to run smoothly for the most part besides an employee leaving without permission but James Turner had other options such as hiring a maid and paying 100 simoleons for someone to take his place at the caffee, he made more of a profit than loss, and versatility when it comes to business with a wide variety of different options available not included with previous expansion packs. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uRkgK0Sm4pI

I get that there is a free mod for hotels just like there were mods for schools before High School Years officially came out, but the problem with mods is that they sometimes break with updates and people who play on console cannot use mods. So there are pros and cons to mods similar to dlc. Overall I have mixed feelings about this expansion pack. On the one hand I would like it if this expansion has very few if any noticeable bugs with none of them being game breaking and adds some new stuff not available in previous packs, but on the other hand it also has recycled material and might be less enjoyable if lacking other dlc packs such as Spa Day, occult gamepacks, Nifty Knitting, Laundry Day, Cats and Dogs, and Growing Together (because of milestones) to name just a few examples.

I just wonder where to run the hobby-business.It crucial key to the greatest different with other dlc.If sims must go out or load maps to run busniess, this dlc is unarttractive,at least for me.

Actually, you can make a hotel a place to live as well from this expansion pack where your sim is not forced to leave home lot which is contrary to Retail from Get to Work. There are also other options from this expansion pack that can be expanded upon as well besides only just tattoos, pottery, and candy based on gameplay trailer such as daycare for toddlers/infants, love (kissing and romance which I suspect might even include "woohoo" with the romance part since it is not specified and might already be included with Wicked Whims mod for woohoo), an actual Spa being used for business (but requires Spa Day), and various other options to choose from. I do not know if there are enough things to do with this expansion pack for it to include resorts since it only allows 5 options maximum for activities, but hotels is definitely possible. Both the reveal trailer and gameplay trailer in my opinion seem to be a little misleading meaning that actual gameplay from this expansion pack might actually be better than what was shown in the trailers.

these media influencers are.... smh.... they frequently or totally ignore the true state of the game and yeah yeah i get it gotta make the money. Do you really think the Sims4 would be able to pull off a full-on hotel expansion when they can't even get For Rent to work??!!

They are shills who have no choice but to tow the line EA wants them to or they won't be part of it any more. They have to walk a very fine line and avoid getting involved in speaking to any of the largely negative aspects in any future content. In effect they are mostly limited to endorsing the product even if it's blatantly defective.

Do your own research on these things, don't just take their word for it, there is plenty information out there and gameplay snippets to form your own impression on.

James Turner was not lying, but if he were too be too negative then EA would not allow him to have early access similar to YouTuber SatchonSims not getting early access despite him being a YouTuber similar to James Turner. I watched all of his early access gameplay videos from this new expansion pack and I have not noticed any game breaking bugs yet with this expansion pack. However, there could still potentially be other new bugs from this expansion pack because it also adds gameplay from other dlc packs as well and I still have other mixed feelings overall about this expansion pack.

I still have mixed feelings, because even if it does not have very many bugs at least part of the problem being because this expansion pack seems to heavily rely upon other dlc packs to make it more fun and interesting, but fortunately does not seem to be as as bad as My First Pet Stuff. Meaning that buying other dlc packs before buying this is definitely more optional than My First Pet. The biggest problem with My First Pet is if you buy this before Cats & Dogs and did not get it for free then it might seem like a scam which even James Turner himself has openly admitted that he does not like this stuff pack. I also refused to buy this stuff pack and only got it when EA offered this for free on Steam for a limited time only.

Also, the early access they get about a week before release includes only the base game and the current DLC, meaning, they can't give any information on how well or badly the pack works once other DLCs are installed.
I only watch a handful of EA's YT influencers before packs release. They can't seem to ignore their sims' queues constantly stomped, whereas it takes several attempts for a sim to do a queued task, particularly when trying to interact with another sim. The command simply drops off. I've had this trouble in my own game. It's not a brand new issue, though.

Pack integration is what always worries me.

Same. With this pack, I really like the general idea, and if it works as intended, this could be a great pack, but it's The Sims. The more packs, the more unstable it becomes and the more bugs pop up.
