Shops not working for anyone else?
If I visit a store there is never anyone there and I can't purchase anything at all. Was working fine just before the update, and happening with MCCC/WW on and off on my end.

Mousing over the items shows a price tag icon but does nothing, cant see the price or get any menu to buy it. Doesn't matter if the shop is owned by one of my sims or not, retail straight doesn't work. Moved the shop to Willow Creep just to double check and nah, retail does not work.

There is no way Elisha is getting out of what she did without getting some materials from the shop, so I'm in a situation here.

Thanks larry but those threads are very old and I think this is related to the latest update. Created a discussion on EA forums, gave it an horizontal look and doesn't seem that anyone else has reported a similar issue yet.

yeah the vet clinic is not working after the last patch this week. Made a sim family and had them take over the clinic from the randoms and it's still not working.

yeah this update broke alot of stuff as per usual i allso heard kids look pregnant now which is gross

Yeah, they broke it *official* since the new update. Maybe it gets fixed for people which own the new DLC. Not the first time that people need a new DLC that things work properly again until they fix it for the rest.

Yeah, someone locked my discussion and pointed me to that link as well. Just have a feeling it is bitsy unrelated, as at least for me this only happened with the latest update and that thread is way older than that. But I got it, they broke it.

When you say the new DLC, you mean Life and Death or the Business no Hobbies about to hit?

The topic is actuell and is your issue. EA/Helper tends to take old bug reports and merge these bugs to one report. You got this bug, I have this bug, WE ALL have this bug. No there is no mod which fixes THIS issue.

Business and Hobbies; I guess they touched the code from Get To Work/Cats Dogs (vet business). In this process they likely messed something up. It is not rare and happens often.

Got it, thank you. At this point (or better said, since For Rent) I am growing afraid of buying more packs, so not entirely sure I will go for this one unless the reviews turn out better than what I expect. Oh well, thanks again for the reply Xeriath

Anyone knows how long this usually lasts before they fix it??

ea has said there a patch on the way on sims 4 direct communications x account.
they need to release a emergency patch as this latest patch has broken a bunch of stuff
including pregnant kids are now a thing which is gross but thank god they not really pregnant they just look like it
ea doesnt have the best QA team so till they hire more QA team member patches like this are gonna be a thing expect the patch some time next week or the week after is my guess
