Sim Insomnia?
For some reason, whenever I put my sim to bed, every few seconds she'll wake up again??
Idk she has random thoughts and I have to put her to bed. This only happens to my one sim and it really annoys me. I'm I the only one who has this?

Make sure there are no distractions, like someone using the radio/stereo/TV and there are no pets coming into the room where your Sim(s) are sleeping.

Mine was rotten food in her inventory (I didn't even see it). Or maybe she has another need really low (like food or clean or wc).

UPDATE: Problem seems to be fixed.
She isn't afraid of dead-end job anymore, which may have been an issue, and I don't rid of my stereo. Thanks for the help!

fear of the dark did it for me same sort of situation except the sim would run outside in the middle of the night and get abducted by aliens lol happened like 3 different times then sort of stopped.

I've heard of this on some other forums. I haven't found a definite answer but try doing what other people have already said. You aren't the only one tho

as many have said here, check for discractions, pets, rotten food in teritory or on wath level sim autonomy is set to.

This coud also eb a bug where it strucks a sim (or more sims at a time) and causes them to automaticaly stop a action before its finished, this bug can result that youre sims starts doing autominouse actions that are worse for them then the normal actions (ex. naping on the couch instead sleeping on the bed, starting to cook and then stoping to grab a quick meal and eat it.)
