game crashes

anyone else game keeps crashing? it launches and plays but after about 10 mins it crashes, i've verified integrity of game files and uninstalled n reinstalled sims4 & EA but keeps happening. is there a fix?? :(

it's doing it to me too, and I have yet to find a fix...i've done everything that's been suggested, even bought a virus protector...still can't play it...just randomly crashes for seemingly no reason

its not the same, but my game wont even open. I click to play, it says its loading, and then nothing happens, the button just goes back to "play". its been like this for a few weeks actually, and i've done everythng i can thing of to fix this, but nothing works

Try deleting the game then deleting the associated files in documents and the steam folder remember to do a complete uninstall of the game first then without mods or saves try a new game, it’s what I had to do

You also have the Sims 4 directory in your home/Documents/Electronic Arts.
Could be something in there, like a mod, or some other file. Sounds like everything else has been replaced.
