Sims 4 not working

I downloaded the game on my laptop a few weeks ago and everything was fine and then a few days later when i went to play it wouldnt open and kept saying it couldnt be found so i deleted it a re installed it a few times and it does the same thing everytime and when it downloads it shows a globe instead of the sims symbol. I dont know what to do to make it work can someone help????

redownload the EA launcher, do repair and it works (worked for me anyway)

Likely some security software issues and that the software sees Sims or EA APP as threat. Make sure to make an exception for EA APP + Sims 4 folder.
