Can't sign into ea because...I have an ea account?

Can't I just start playing the game that I got on steam? Like why do I have to log in again and again even when I set it to keep me logged in? It forgot and I have to login AGAIN but i'm on steam, can't we just get rid of all of that? I want to play the game I payed some money into. I was having such a good time but the cracks really do shine though. remove the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ pre log in ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ NOW.

EA and Steam have to be connected so that EA can see what you have bought on Steam and so that Steam even though it will not list them in Steam unless purchased through steam can see what you have on EA . If not connected Sims 4 will not play on steam unless you have the EA app as well Sounds like with the topic you may have to repair EA app or reinstall it. Very common issue for problems with the game as well as keep cache clean and if you have mods making sure they are up to date.

Just get the game through the EA Ap. Using Steam with the Ap causes too many issues.

All of mine are purchased through Steam not EA. However, the EA app craps out often and has to be repaired or reinstalled because the game won't load or things stop working . I have never used the EA app to log into game I do it all through Steam and other than the issues coming up from bugs with the DLC for the most part I have been pretty lucky with game-play. I don't however, use mods so that is one thing I have not had to deal with but once when I was first playing and tried out the MC mods. Then I began having trouble and just decided it was not worth it .

Or maybe there's a checkbox for staying logged in that wasn't checked. Either way, you would need an internet connection, at least to start it up.
