Show off handmade sweater?

OK. How in the world is this done?

I'm level 8 knitting. I made a pink sweater with dress. The option to add to wardrobe is greyed out, it says it's already available in CAS. Awesome.

Go to CAS, there's a lock on the sweater, says I have to be level 5 knitting. I'm level 8.

Went back to my inventory. No option to just wear the sweater. Can't drag the sweater to the dresser. Still can't add it to wardrobe. Can't choose it from CAS.

How exactly am I supposed to put this stupid sweater on so I can show it off?
