'Load Game" missing. Saves gone!

I did the Scenario update/restart, and now all of my saves aren't showing up. The button to load my current household is gone as well. Anyone else having this issue? I even tried loading my save through the Scenario side of things and it's just a gray box.

Most of what I read and searched for says it's something todo with where the save files go and possibly the cloud settings. The fix involves figuring where out where the files are and making sure the game knows where to look as well. Now I have not figured out why it's happening, but to me it seems like the launcher gets confused about where the files are or who is logged into the computer. All the EA files should be in a folder in Documents.
A lot there to digest as far as messing with files I would be careful.
