Sims 4 unable to start (Can't run sims 4 with the video card in this system)? I need help

Every time I try to play sims 4 it says "Can't run sims 4 with the video card in this system. Please check that the video card meets the minimum specifications and that the latest video drivers are installed. [0e6d1221:1df4e8dc:0000012d:912c9c10]

I have tried everything that I can think of to get sims 4 to work. I checked all the requirements that sims 4 needs and nothing is wrong there, Iv'e tried to repair sims 4 thorough steam, that didn't work I did some other things as well to try and fix it. Dose anyone have a solution to this please I would really appreciate it! :D

What video card do you have? I may have a solution if it truly does meet the system requirements.

Uh? Will help this guide really? Because this only make it possibly that the game can read the graphic card and don’t start the setting with all ultra. If the game don’t have the graphic card in the system the game can still start but say that is unrecognized card (I have a RTX 4080, so I get this message plenty for older games but still can start all games, just need to adjust setting if the default is low)

Here the poster say sims4 is unable to start. So it should not be this error.

Trying it won't hurt. Ultra settings can be included or excluded as the user prefers.
