The error number sequence is usually longer, but if the error is created by mods, or cc as it sounds from your description, there is something off with that addition and you need to remove it.
You could try to find the creator and let them know. Sometimes the creators don't continue to update their stuff though.
if you can save the game, then remove the mods, load back into the game and return to the lot, you'll be able to save it unless some of the modded stuff is buried far enough in that it might not be easy to track down.
i used to have clothing cc at one point but i learned that it's far more trouble than it is worth having such things because the game would save some of these cc clothes into work outfits or situational outfits you can't easily reach, and the error code will always trigger until you found it and dealt with it by changing the outfit. at one point i had to delete a sim that had this problem and i almost deleted two others for the same reason.
so remove your mods and then put them back one at a time until you found the culprit. also please look at the version the modded item supports or how long ago the mod was created and if it were updated recently. those can be telling considering there has been enough change over times that some things may not work correctly at all.
