SIMS 4 Bug after update

After the last update. There was a ton of popups and I was asked on the main screen to place a building. This was an in game EA popup that gave me no choice other than to place the item or stare at the screen popup. Now the game keeps giving me a popup saying a build item was removed because it wasn't supposed to be there or something wasn't licensed. I have no mods, no cheats, just the base game and several DLC's but I should NOT be getting this annoying error. Please fix it or let me know what you did wrong after the last update. I have a screenshot of the error or annoying popup but I'm not sure how to upload it. It's an ITEMS REMOVED popup.
