The Sims™ 4

Werewolf Female
I have no words...can't make them look like anything I want to relate to, they look like guys in body armour. And the head is too small for the (gigantic) body. Can't make it any bigger so can't offset the horrible "looks like a guy in a dress" effect.

Please someone fix this!

This furry DLC looks hilariously bad.
I have had some success with using the sliders to achieve a more feminine shape. Lift the chest, widen the hips, narrow the waist, make the butt rounder, maybe broaden the shoulders a touch to get a nice hourglass. If I do that then *most* of the female clothes don't look completely awful, and many are attractive. If you are looking for human-like boobs then maybe EA or a modder will be able to address that at some point. I am using a mod to get a nicer wolf head and feet that I like better too. That's on an 18+ site, so I won't link it here. I have had trouble with CC hair floating above the head, not tried with the default EA head. It might be ok there, or you can just go without hair. As I recall only CC hair is available for werewolves anyhow. Hair with bangs covers the fact that it's detached pretty well. It also tends to clip in the back for longer hair. You can use shorter hair, hair that falls to the front, or try to match the color of the werewolf so it blends in where it clips.
Another issue EA may have considered regarding werewolves: they did enable you to have "naked" werewolves, children do play the game, you can make teenage werewolves in game, and having too real a female shape may have made their legal team a bit skittish about getting too close to the wrong side of child pr0n laws.
Caveat: I am not a lawyer, I do not play a lawyer on TV, and I did not stay at a Holiday Inn Express last night. I am not qualified to provide legal advice.
Nscheen1, werewolf form does not necessarily even need hair including cc. Their entire bodies for example are covered with fur and a lot more fur than werewolf fur on the The Sims 3 as well where it looks more like hair instead of actual fur. Also, the body slider mod is best described as being "very controversial" where it could potentially make sims look too skinny, too fat, boobs that are too big, or too muscular with body proportions that possibly could look unrealistic as well.

Davidnoble1996, I was able to do this with just the EA CAS sliders already in the game. No body slider mod used. I understand that not everybody wants hair. That's ok. I was trying to provide some advice for those who do. I took a few screenshots, but unfortunately I bought my copy of the game from that other service, so I can't upload them.

The mod I am using allows for a more wolf-like head with a longer muzzle, paws for feet, and tails. You may not prefer this. That's also ok. And you can't use the EA sliders to get boobs. I'm completely ok with that. You can, however, use the slider to lift the chest a bit so the outfits look better, The werewolf chest sits lower on the figure by default, and the outfits respect this. Lifting the chest with the CAS slider helps a lot, if you want them wearing outfits. Judicious choice of outfits can also help. I find that plunging necklines, bikini tops, etc., tend to look the worst. Halter tops, tanks, or full tops look better.

You can also use the sliders to give them a belly, thicker or thinner legs, or anything else you like. Ok, maybe not *anything*.

I have been able to get body shapes and overall appearance to the point where I'd WooHoo that werewolf. I mean, if she existed in the real world anyhow...

My point is that you don't have to settle for the default shape. You can adjust it within limits that EA has defined. In the end,it's your game, do what makes you happy.
I had do some more testing for females and you could be right which I incorrectly assumed you were possibly referring to the body slider mod. Whatever you work on the normal human version will also affect the werewolf weight and body shape as well regardless of whether they are linked or not. Giving a female sim a feminine hourglass figure with bigger hips is less obvious in werewolf form, but it is noticeable. You can also make the breasts slightly bigger or smaller and lift them as well in human form even without the body slider mod which possibly could effect the werewolf form as well. (Not necessarily the enlarged breast part being noticeable in werewolf form, but the breast lift.)

Yes,the weight and muscle are tied between the two forms. That makes sense to me. I haven't noticed that the slider modifications affect the human form if they are de-linked.

It seems to work for me even if they are not linked. I prefer them to not be linked anyway, because number 1 I may not necessarily want all of my werewolf outfits to wear clothes and number 2 similar to vampires (if dark form is added in addition to normal form) I like to be creative sometimes where clothes in werewolf form are not necessarily identical to clothes in human form.

I'm gonna get called an incel for saying it but they ain't feminine because woke.
Marketing towards the twitter and alphabet community kinda limits creation.

Did you even read my comments with mscheen1? Mscheen1 has a valid point across about the body slider in human form also affecting the werewolf form as well. Not just for muscles and weight, but also for the frame as well such as giving her an hourglass figure with big hips being at least somewhat noticeable in werewolf form even if it is obvious to a lesser degree than human form. If you noticed even the slightest change by giving a female sim in human form an hourglass figure with bigger hips being noticeable in werewolf form then argument about werewolf form not being feminine because of being woke is debatable.

Just some typical tryhard edgelord, i see a lot of them these days communicating like that. if they want to communicate about the matter in an appropriate and respectful manner i'm sure they'll figure it out at some point and maybe they'll get an appropriately respectful response in return, who knows.

i don't know what wokism has to do with anything at this point where a second werewolf model is concerned.

Ironically, if the female werewolf bodies looked more feminine they would look even more like they are wearing costumes than if they looked more gender neutral as originally designed. When you look at real dogs for example it is harder to distinguish between genders, unless if the owner(s) knows the pet's gender or pay closer attention to the private parts of dogs (with the latter of which is easier to recognize for dogs with short fur coats instead of long). If you want to avoid gender confusion just make the female werewolves wear feminine clothing.
I think the point is that these arent dogs and should show a bit of the human traits too.

This thread is a little old and Angela who made this original thread has not made any new comments on here since June 20th which was more than six months ago. Also, the werewolves on The Sims 4 are called "fury" for a reason. If people are still going to waste their time debating about their appearance it just goes to show they are ignoring the most important thing which is gameplay with them and not their mere appearance. Would you rather have a better looking werewolf or better gameplay with them?

Anyone could say both, but EA just simply cannot please everyone and if I had to make a choice I would much rather prefer gameplay with them than their appearance. If werewolves did not have enough exciting gameplay they would be nothing more than just dolls on The Sims 4 pretty much because of their not really being anything special about them besides their werewolf and human forms. My point is that I "LOVE" gameplay with them even if they do not look perfect for werewolves because of not everyone liking their design which at this point is too late for EA to fix and will have to wait for The SIms 5 to come out before EA redesigns werewolves from the sequel to The Sims 4.

Well no actually I still would prefer my female character to not look like a total derp when in werewolf form.

It sounds like to me you prefer building over gameplay, but werewolves is mainly a game pack. Why are people still debating about their appearance? It is too late for EA to redesign werewolves on The Sims 4.
