Please Fix Ranch Hand

The Ranch hand is very annoying. I do not want them in my house, I do not want them doing anything but taking care of the RANCH ANIMALS. The setting toggle has never worked, so what happens is this person barely takes care of your animals and gets in the way of your house cleaner and gardener. This the child left behind when you all starting fixing the game here recently. Please address this annoyance, and also include more diversity in the ranch hands themselves, it's always the same annoying guy that you only get back after firing/rehiring. Thanks!
