Can't upload to Gallery
So I have a problem with the gallery. Let me walk you through the steps I took and what the issue is:

1. Build House (no mods or cc)
2. Save it to my library
3. Selected share to gallery
4. The house is now showing in my showcase but not in the catalog, and it also won't show up when specifically searching for it in the gallery.
5. Try and share another house from my library to the gallery. This time, nothing happens at all.

Should I mention that on my builds, it also says "created by: none" instead of my username, and the upload date is set to 2014 for some reason.

Later on, I also figured out that if you search for my EA ID on the gallery, nothing shows up either.

I have already tried to repair and reset the game with no luck. At this point, I feel like I am using the gallery wrong. I've had this issue for months now, and I can't find any help via the official help forum.

It is a long shot to go to EA Forums I know but it might be good idea to post on them. Maybe a tech will actually respond. but worse case maybe someone else that has much more knowledge might respond and be able to help. I had this happen randomly but no where like you. They would ignore me because I cannot repeat this it is really random.

Hmm could be a privacy setting or generally a problem with your EA ID. Your best would be to create a topic here: https://forums.ea.com/category/the-sims-4-en/ideas/the-sims-4-bug-reports-en

If this is not the right place your topic will get shuffled in the right place as example here: https://forums.ea.com/category/the-sims-4-en/discussions/the-sims-4-technical-issues-pc-en

The big question is whether this is an issue from EA or an issue on your end. In both cases the people there should be more help than people on Steam.

Yeah I keep making posts on the forum every now and then, hoping someone will reply. It is so frustrating that there is no proper support option.
