the sims game doesn't start

everytime i start the game it says error C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\The Sims 4\Game\Bin\TS4_DX9_x64.exe
I've tried everything but the same error persists. Does anyone have any tips?

The first thing to do is download the latest ea app installer:
https://www.ea.com/ea-app
Run it, it will either overwrite your ea app or give you the option to repair it (repair it).
If the ea app is up and running, you can empty the cache (in the app), repair Sims 4 in the ea app or verify files in steam.
TS4 must be The Sims 4, so, clearly, you need to repair the Sims 4.
