Reaper's Reward Event Menu not oppening

While I have the quests, have already done some, received their points and have been told to visit the Event menu to claim my rewards, I cannot open the event menu.

No matter how many times I click on the little Reaper icon, nothing happens.

If you figure it out, or someone who knows what they're talking about helps you please, please, please let me know. I posted this exact thing and they're telling me the recent update should've fixed it, but obviously it's not fixed.

I read, somewhere, that it's important to stay on the same lot (not travel etc) until all the quests are completed. This basically means concentrating on the reaper tasks, only, until they are all completed. That's what worked for me (I've completed the 2nd week of the reaper rewards). It's a bore but that's what you have to do.

You have to be kidding. Maybe EA should have mentioned that before they released this joke of a battle pass. I reinstalled this joke of a game. No mods. New save. And the garbage Reaper Quest crapped out right after I read the Ambrosia Newsletter. If I have to jump through hoops at least tell me what hoops I have to jump through. Jujmp?
