Game failed to load

Hello everyone, I recently encountered a problem in the game where it keep saying my game failed to load. I have no mods in my game and I wonder what can I do to solve this issue, can anyone direct me on a proper solution? Many thanks!

Are you using the resume option or are you use the Load Game version? Have you tried both?

hello Xeriath, thanks for responding! Yes, I tried both. Some of the game files can be played but some cannot be played. I heard "Off The Grid" lot challenges feature is pretty buggy during this update, so I dont know if that has something related to this.

my game just starts then stops over and over i took all the mods out and still fix it played yesterday for a few minutes sigh

Yes, off-the-grid causes endless loading screens, so if you have any lots which use them remove it via build mode. If this happens too with lots which don’t have off-the-grid please create a bug report here: https://answers.ea.com/t5/Bug-Reports/bd-p/The-Sims-4-Bugs

They will merge your topic if there is already a bug report with the same issue. Before you create a bug report make sure that is not one of your mods fault.

It wouldn't hurt to download the latest ea app installer, run that and it will either overwrite your ea app or allow you to repair (which amounts to the same thing):
