DLC from EA App Will Not Uninstall

Hey there, quick question. I play the base game of The Sims 4 on Steam but I use the packs that I already have from the EA App/Origin. Whenever I uninstall The Sims 4 from either Steam or EA App, none of the expansions uninstall. According to the EA App, whenever I select ‘Manage DLC’ it always shows the packs as installed. They’re stuck and I see no option of removing them if I want a clean install. Is there a workaround to this? How do I remove them from my PC and have the EA App recognize it’s been uninstalled?
