Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4\saves
Did you copy any files from there?
Slot_00000001.save
If you don't have does are you up for trying to undelete your removed files?
and yes I want my files back
Doing reinstall like reboot of all that you did. So everything would be deleted. Its like if you did new game and all previous sims would go bye bye. If you had save file on game you still be able play previous saves. But reinstall means reset in our world. Don't worry if you have bookmark the content somewhere you can repair angry bridge to gf in end.
There is no guarantee that we will be able to recover your files but it is worth a try.
1. Okay first check so that you don't have any save file in
Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4\saves
If you have a file on the form Slot_00000001.save.ver0 the savefile can be
recovered by removing the .ver0 in the end and placing it in the save folder.
2. if you have a preferred program for recovering files use that, most will be fine. If you
need a tips you can use
https://www.ashampoo.com/en-us/winoptimizer-free
(If someone knows of other programs feel free to list them, if someone knows of a
program that don't need to be installed please lets us know)
If you can, don't install it on the same drive as your save folder (probabably C:)
3. For Win Optimizer go to File tools-> Undeleter and select the drive to scan(Probably
C:). Then search in the list if for the save file, If it could not be found you could try
an other program. If the file is found Select it and use Restore and select a
location(Best is on a second drive)
Hope it helps
i would bet anything you only thought it was in appdata cuz of minecraft haha. minecraft is a unique exception and so are web browser based games that have save functions.
