There's a reason that most console players plug their keyboards + mice whenever they play Sims 4.
Or you'll pass because you prefer to play with a keyboard and mouse?
Controlling the mouse with a thumb stick didn't feel fluid or well thought out.
They didn't bother altering the controls to fit consoles.
For instance, on the console you have the right stick rotating the camera and zooming.
This one works more like a traditional layout with the right stick controlling the mouse and the bumpers are used to zoom. You can also quickly switch between Sims 4 camera and Sims 3 camera by clicking the right stick. There are a lot of other differences, but overall I think this setup more intuitive and easier to use.
