With this update, EA is just breaking mods...
Like, seriously, I don't know which mods should I delete because I've installed 1000 mods... I REALLY can't wait inZOI will be released, I can't stand with EA and this broken game... The Sims 4 I only list on console, this trash is the most broken like the company self...

There are ways to check and delete broken CC while in Cas and using Sims 4 Mod Manager (there are tutorials on Youtube on how to do that), the non CC stuff is trial by error or just wait they get updated...

The most "used" mods usually get updated really quick, others may take some time and others well, get lost to translation on each update. That's how modding works for a ever changing game, but you are on point when saying EA is broken trash lol

I saw a guy in social media that made fun of people complaining about the game being broken, as the company said they were kind and would put to work a team to solve the problems and release updates with the patches. He then.... he put to shame people complaining bout NOT wanting these updates cause they would break their mods...
Seriously. We complain cause the game continues to be broken WITH OR WITHOUT mods, and they keep on breaking it more and more. And then they want us to be good and not use mods and buy their new DLC and su... i wont get into the cussin here. That guy was OFC an (UN)official worker for the company. The company that wants us to pay for stuff and to not get it for free (or even worse! give money to the mods creators! XD) Greed is what i talk about here. And control issues.

As a suggestion for you, i use to wait a day or two, get the new base mods (you know the important ones) take on a different folder all the mods (i know, you have 1000 I have like 788) and copy them slowly to the mods folder again. On batches, from creators or base or the way they work related. This way i have them backed up and also know them so well that next time (if theres enough patience for a next time) would be easier.

Meanwhile those two days passes by, you can play a modless new game and laugh at how bad the game works.

Omw to laugh at that sad company *waves*

Dunno, it is not so bad as you wrote. I play since release from this patch and don’t have any more issues as normal, and these bugs are mostly contained in their own DLC. Is it annoying? Yes of course, I would love it if this game works without bugs but Sims 4 is built on a messy framework, maybe they will fix it in the future, we will see.

Just adding I play 100% vanilla; I am not interested in modding as long this game gets so frequently updates. I have played for over 1000 hours in the vanilla state, I know these are baby numbers if you compare it to other people here but I would not waste so many hours in a game which constantly runs bad on my hardware.

True, in fact I clicked "resume", and it only brings me the scenarios where I need to select. I selected my Sim where I need resume, it only brings me the scenarios again. And also, you won't even believe, I see scenarios unlocked where I am supposed to pay for DLCs, but it's broken because of mods. I tried to select this scenario where I don't own DLC, I only see without text and no lots. And sometimes with a plumbob green like if it were my Sim, but it's not. Imagine if some mods can really unlock the scenarios.

Not only are the mods broken, but the game packs are broken too! Dine Out isn't working and my sim can't cook anymore...

Lol that's why I don't buy all DLCs and I don't support EA anymore. I only bought the most important DLCs, but other I ignore them forever, even those new. I don't know about life and death if it's good or not.

Cooking & Gourmet Cooking are the primary quests for Week 5 of the Reaper.

Is there any way you can reinstall 'Dine Out' ?.

You can try and repair Sims 4 from the ea app menu.

I am done with the sims. I just got done updating my mods from the last patch. Now they have another patch.
I regret putting any money on Dlcs. It was such a waste of money.
inZOI looks perfect and has a lot of the features i have wanted for a sim game.

There are mods on inzoi? I've been playing without mods and I've found no new bugs on EA part of the game.

I totally agree my gosh. And I don't know if it's just me, but this game on PC is so broken. Too many bugs. I don't know if mods make bugging the game, but they release another patch to break the mods again. And surely EA forces us to buy DLCs. But the only thing I wanna complain is the game doesn't even have a cross-purchase or something. So people who bought all DLCs from console and they switch to PC they need to re-buy the DLCs again. Even if they linked the PSN, Xbox and Steam account to EA doesn't change anything, this makes no sense...

Oh. So, a game that has no mods because it's not on the market yet is better, because it's not broken by mods.
Meh. Grass is greener on the other side of the fence, I guess.

I know, but I was thinking if you install so many mods, you don't know if mods are outdate because they don't get updated. And it's confused. In fact, I was forced to delete all mods if I wanna play the game and then re-download the important ones.
