Can't play The Reaper's Rewards Event(Resolved)

I don’t know why my activity interface doesn’t pop up anymore.
I was clearly halfway through the mission, but suddenly stopped showing the mission which i was going to do. It was obvious that the third week's mission was not finished yet.

same thing happened to me, almost done with week 3 and it disappeared. I am working on week 4 stuff but it doesn't appear to be giving me credit for anything either.

NO... I want that cool bike... I can't know what the fourth week mission is.
Is the only way to do it is to email the sims?

If you can please try the steps which the community manager mentioned in this post. If this does not work, please reply there, so that they can track you progress and check it.
