Sims 4 local saves instead of steam cloud

I need to get my local saves but the folder only has "steam_autocloud.vdf" in it. I tried disabling steam cloud but it's still like that. What should I do?

Sims 4 doesn't use Steam cloud. As far as im aware this is the same with all EA games.
This is the path for your saves: Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4\saves

Steam_autocloud.vdf gets always created but as miamew3 wrote Steam doesn’t use it. If you miss your save then check your OneDrive, because OneDrive loves to touch your stuff if you don’t change the default permission (which is normally the whole document folder)

In case you do use OneDrive, you might wanna check there as well. But usually, the saves should be under the path miamew3 posted.
