Report a translation problem
Create a new folder in The Sims 4 and title it Mods. You'll need a resource.cfg file within the Mods folder which you can download or create as instructed here:

Look at this thread and the comments in it and read those comments so you can figure out what you're doing wrong, and then how to do it right.
I already read the comments in this thread, or else why would i comment in it myself?
The problem was, it was located in OneDrive, which was screwing everything up. I had to unsync OneDrive from my computer. Then I found the Electronic Arts Folder in the OneDrive Tab, and added the mod to that.
Using OneDrive will give you issues btw.
