Mod to stop "Spirit Fading"?

Playing a haunted graveyard church with a vampire crypt below it and have a lot of urns on my property to keep it populated with ghosts. Is there a way to stop the "Fading Away" part for non-family ghost Sims? Just don't wanna miss a timeframe to strengthen an urns connection.

IIRC I believe MCCC allows you to prevent ghosts from being culled thus keeping them from "Fading away"
