Main Menu Broken

Every time I try to run sims 4 after the most latest update, it just stays stuck in a glitched out main menu screen. i cant press anything and i have to fully shut down my computer just to get out of sims 4. I've removed all my mods and shaders, and even uninstalled the game and its still broken. help?
