If you saved with doors in this state you'll have to start a new game to get the doors back.
I do not use Basemental mod and never have used it. My MCCC mod is also updated.
I could try to temporarily remove all mods (although it is probably not caused by cc) and start a temporary new save before deleting it, but if it is still an issue then it is not mod related.
I put all mods and cc back in, except for MCCC. I suspected that the MCCC mod is the culprit and that turned out to be the case. I tested a new game with every other mod and cc besides MCCC (because I do not use basemental) and this mod made the doors stop working properly at San Myshuno and probably Evergreen Harbor apartments as well if visiting a neighbor. I have not noticed issues with other mods besides MCCC mod which is surprising because it was updated for October 22nd.
Just as a disclaimer I already need to get the 6.2 version for the October 31st update meaning that 6.1 (October 22nd) switched to 6.2 (October 31) in a relatively short period of time. I am going to remove the older version of MCCC mod and test a new game with 6.2 to see if the apartment doors are working as normal. (I am not noticing issues with other mods and cc from update as mentioned from previous comment.)
I did not know that, but fortunately it is only mod related instead of dlc related which I originally assumed it was, but that did not turn out to be the case.
@James3157 Yeah, Deaderpool had done two updates to MCCC on the 22nd and the 31st (L&D pre-patch hotfix and full update on release).
I don't have it installed, but for some reason I thought Curseforge would alert players to mod updates just as soon as they're available. I'll guess that's wrong, then?
Since I'm subbed, I wouldn't mind alerting players of the latest public releases as they come into email. I think the vast majority of us use MCCC if we use mods.
I go to MCCC website directly instead of relying upon Curse Forge for that mod in making updates, but I do use cc and other mods directly from Curse Forge. I am not subscribed to MCCC mod from Curse Forge anymore, because last I checked it is slower to make updates than the official website.
I definitely agree it's better, not to mention much safer to go to the source.
