get to work pack removed

ive had the get to work pack for a long time and now its gone? i think ea removed my pack because now it wants me to buy it again

the thing is it was one of the first packs ive ever installed and i dont know how to find dlc download history, now my alien sim wont work that i was playing with just a couple days ago

Did you purchased it on Steam? Just tell them that. But first check if it shows on your Steam Library (The Sims 4 page, scroll down, look at right side for you DLC). If it is there, you just need to re-download it (untick it, tick it again and this process should start). If it is not there just go to EA support.

If you got a key from a 3rd party site, they can also help you IF you can provide them with the key you used.

I even checked and i cant find when i got it after i purchased the deluxe edition, but i know i had it and even the game recognizes that i had it and now i don't by telling me i need to install a game pack missing from my save file

il try to contact them but i dont know how to find any incidences of having it in game files other than what the game is telling me, ive only ever used epic games, steam, or ea

i do have screen shots on my sims from the get to work pack where it shows i used it, would that be enough?

Try finding if you purchased it on Steam >

Open the Steam client or Steam website and sign in.
Click your username in the top right and select Account Details from the drop-down menu.
Under Store & Purchase History, click View purchase history.
Locate the purchase in your purchase history and click the name of it under the Items column.

i cant find any support page, everything is ai generated or articles there isn't anyway to actually contact ea?

You need to be logged in and have a case open to access the Support Chat, that's how I got my pack reinstated when it went missing. Only had to send proof of purchase.

Good luck with who you get on the other side tho. First time I got an indian guy who couldn't speak proper english. The second time was someone who could, and they solved it for me.

Just remember if you had EA Play in the past you get GetToWork for free until your subscription end. You get EA play too if you have gamepass, so make sure you really purchased the DLC and don’t had only access to it because of EA Play.
