If you got a key from a 3rd party site, they can also help you IF you can provide them with the key you used.
Try finding if you purchased it on Steam >
Open the Steam client or Steam website and sign in.
Click your username in the top right and select Account Details from the drop-down menu.
Under Store & Purchase History, click View purchase history.
Locate the purchase in your purchase history and click the name of it under the Items column.
You need to be logged in and have a case open to access the Support Chat, that's how I got my pack reinstated when it went missing. Only had to send proof of purchase.
Good luck with who you get on the other side tho. First time I got an indian guy who couldn't speak proper english. The second time was someone who could, and they solved it for me.
