The Sims™ 4

My DLC is not working
I have tried re downloading and some other things but It shows that I own the packs I have bought but will not let me use them in any of the worlds I already have with said packs. Is there another fix for this or?

Do you have EA and Steam linked?
Do you play through the EA app or Steam?
Which do you have base game installed through?
Was the DLC purchased through the EA app or Steam?
Has the DLC worked previously, have you made any changes since if yes?

Off the top of my head, I can also think of these possibilities, in addition to what Ani Blade posted:
- Make sure you've activated the DLCs on Steam (if you bought them via Steam).
- Check in the game's option menu if the DLCs are activated.

I had that problem too a few years ago with one DLC. I had to log out of my play station, completely sign off, restart system, go into my email and change my password to EA, open the app and sign in. Then check my downloads & restart the game. And it popped up. Steam immediately syncs them in flawlessly though.
Sad to hear that.
