How to fix the EA App!

From crashing, not opening ect.
On your computer find the task manager and click on it.
Then find EA background services and click end task.
Re-load the EA app and it should work.
If you're still having trouble you may need to have run as administrator

Unfortunately not. It says "Connecting to server" and then "Coud not connect to server. Try later."
By the way, I have already written a post with all my solutions that were suggested to me by EA Support. You probably won't need them, but if you're interested...for later.

k so i did the first 2 steps, instead of re-load i closed the app and turned the pc off. after 30sec i turned it on opened ea tryed to oprn the sims, but it didn't work, like it opens another ea and then it closes both (the one that i opened and the other) and then "spawns" an how can i call it like an advice that says "the app that u tryed to open isn't downloaded" or stuff like that

Hey, when you go in the ea app, go to help and find the app recovery and clear cache. Then do the task manager thing, but don't turn off the pc it will restart the glitch. And click 2# on the app and it should work.

Hey i could solve the problem! Here's what I did:
1. Open Kaspersky, disable self-defense, close the program and deactivate the task.
2. Go to C./ProgramData/KasperskyLab/AVP21.3/Report and then delete the content, all files, all folders.
3. Start Kaspersky and reactivate Self-defense. Close the program and shut down the PC - NO RESTART!
4. Start your PC. Start the app.
