Wicked Whims mod not working.

I just installed the Wicked Whims mod.
After having some trouble from not having the Mods folder automatically installed, I eventually added the mod to the folder.
I had to follow the steps to create the folder. I named it "Mods". I made sure it was in the "The Sims 4" folder. I added the resource.cfg file.
After I booted up the game, nothing. I've never worked with mods before.
Will mods show up under the script mods?
Preferably someone who has this mod would be of greater help.
Because I can't tell whether or not it is working.

Where exactly (give folder path) are you putting your mods?

You'll want to disable Onedrive mirroring your My Documents folder, its notorious for messing up your Sims 4 folder & losing stuff
