The cow in my inventory cannot be placed back the barn (Cottage Living)

The cow in my inventory cannot be placed back in the barn after the Finchwick Fair. I’m unable to drag the cow out of my inventory or call it.

The only workaround I’ve found is to transfer all my inventory items into build mode, but even then, I still can’t call my cow—it appears greyed out. Additionally, I can’t place the cow in build mode either, as it says I need to position it in a specific spot.

They fixed the issue that you don’t get your entry back but broke it again. I guess the game don’t think your cow is your own cow, so they stuck now in your inventory.

Why is this bug still not fixed and when will it be?

The SIms 4 has so many bugs right now it is crazy and too many to count especially from dlc. I know that EA probably wants The Sims 4 to continue for at least another 10+ years, but something constantly breaks with each new update and especially with big updates.
