I am the opposite of this.

Number 1, with any gay or lesbian sims that come with dlc if I ever do play with them at all besides ignoring them I have a tendency to make at least one of them straight but in order to do that could mean besides deleting a sim (which is something I do infrequently meaning it is not common for me to do this during my gameplays), divorce, or killing sim because if a gay or lesbian sim has romance with the opposite gender while still married to the same gender that means this sim is probably bisexual instead of straight. Also, the sim who wants the divorce in my gameplays is always going to be my straight sim instead of the one where I keep lesbian or gay (but if the sim has exploring romantically turned on that means this character is preferably gay or lesbian but open to being bisexual as well which does seem to apply to most lesbian and gay sim characters from dlc by default).

Number 2, I have seen the opposite of this with YouTube streamer Lilsimsie's game plays where despite her being straight in real life that is married to a man instead of a woman or at the very least least engaged to him last I knew it seems as if she has too many sims in her game plays that are gay, lesbian, or bisexual instead of straight.

Number 3, I very rarely add gay or lesbian sims from the gallery in my gameplays (unless if maybe it is from Maxis), I very rarely share these kind of sims on the gallery (besides Molly Prescott but that was from my older Steam account before it was hacked), I never make these kind of sims from CaS, and nearly every sim I play with is either straight or prefers to stay single meaning no partner (boyfriend/girlfriend) and usually no children along with this or at the very least no spouse.

Number 4, most people in real life (including even Democrats) are probably straight instead of lesbian, gay, or bisexual. Also, not everyone who plays The Sims 4 are necessarily Democrats even if the majority of YouTube streamers with The SIms 4 probably are Democrats or something similar to this such as Socialists for example if from the U.K.

Number 5, which is my final point The SIms 4 has more than enough gay and lesbian characters right now from both dlc (Molly Prescott, Tinker family, and etc...) and from the gallery. The last thing that The Sims 4 needs right now is more LGBT+ related stuff being "added". The Sims 4 is far from being "homophobic" and was obviously made by Democrats. EA has also tried to make The SIms 4 more inclusive towards the LGBT+ community than previous games from this Sims series.

you want to delete or adjust all other default townies in the game or add your own, you are welcome to do that. you can play your game however you like.

The Sims is very progressive but I feel like masculinity often get the short end. We have the tools to make and share our LGBT characters. I personally don't care for their townies and usually replace them with user gallery creations or my own sims. I don't even bother to read the backstories before they're evicted from the lot. There's a lot of talented creators online who make LGBT character's. As far as in game events. We can already throw party's. So, I do think they should have an option for random guest. That way anyone in the community could show up to your lot without your sims knowing them. it's just usually your sims have to know the people they plan to invite. There should be an option to have anyone in the community show up, maybe 2 versions like local households and/or tourist.

That is true. It just seems to me that Sugma does not know what he or she is talking about and I would have to agree with Octavus. The Sims 4 (especially with dlc) and EA being homophobic is a lie and they are far from it. Just Sugma trying to push more LGBT+ agenda on a game that already has plenty of this.

Nothing. Unless you create a trans female or male,, and then you'd want a female with male genitals. Or an effeminate male with normal genitals. Those are up to the player. Other than that, it's just what the males' and females' sexual orientation is. You just change that in CAS.

Are you being serious? You can give your Sims any sexual traits you desire I have a whole gay community of homosexual men with bars, clubs, restaurants, bakeries, households, couples etc. You can create a gay paradise if you want!

I did not give any clown award to Sugma. Just someone looking for attention in a way that is considered nonsense, unless if Sugma is actually being sarcastic instead of serious. When I first looked at this thread I assumed that Sugma was serious, but it also possible that Sugma might be using sarcasm as well. However, I am not 100% certain if Sugma is being sarcastic or not. Regardless of whether Sugma is sarcastic or not it seems to me that Sugma is intentionally trying to farm clown awards.

I am lgbt , transgender, and I am all good with this game. There are scars for your chest and whatever and I am sure there are mods where you can give a pre op woman a penis. And on the gay thing , well I find it more diffcult to find a hetero relation with my sims than a gay one . So we are well served on the lgbt part .
