Social Bunny might be needed for Lovestruck

Just so people are made aware I think you might lose boyfriend/girlfriend and maybe even (but I hope not) spouses if romantic satisfaction gets too low, but this probably will be very annoying for people who do not own High School Years. When one of my sims lost a love interest from one of the potential boyfriends (but not official boyfriend) from not having enough romantic satisfaction I used social bunny to quickly get the romance back up. Social Bunny from HSY is not entirely useless after teenage years and especially for people who own Lovestruck. Friend of the World prevents friendship from decaying, but none of the new aspirations prevent this from happening entirely.

It only slows romantic dissatisfaction down if completing paragon partner but not completely and consequently this might make it harder to complete the serial romantic aspiration as well. (Edit) I did not lose any boyfriend or girlfriend on my game yet, but that sim was not a partner. Just a romantic interest, but I did use social bunny to quickly get the romance back up.

I'm still playing offline so am yet to update. If it were me, I'd rather cheat with MCCC Relationships than cheat with Social Bunny. I'm not fond of SB, myself. It's still a useful method for vanilla players or those on console.

Edit: UI Cheats can also be used.

I still use the MCCC mod, but there may be some parts of this mod that I have either overlooked or forgot about and MCCC is a huge mod. I do not use UI Cheats, but I do use MCCC. I know how to find relationships from MCCC, but I do not think that I use it frequently. I am more likely to use the CaS cheat which is basegame than MCCC cheat when it comes to relationships.

After playing long enough a partner threatened to break up with my sim because of being feeling "very unsatisfied" despite them being partners, but when I click on the girlfriend's profile it still says "fine". I know that it might add more realism into the game if romantic relations end because of not spending enough time together, but it is a little annoying at the same time. The SIms 4 has always allowed the option to have more than one boyfriend/girlfriend, but a sim threatening to break up by saying "if you are mean to me while I feel this way, I may have to break up with you" because of me getting a pop up for feeling "very unsatisfied" despite the fact it is not official according to the sim's profile. Just my personal opinion, but completing the paragon partner aspiration does not seem to be very useful since contrary to "friend of the world" aspiration it does not prevent romantic satisfaction from decaying overtime completely and only slows down its decay.

I had a welcome wagon in the Pancakes neighborhood and the wife was blowing kisses at her husband. It was refreshing to see them making the effort to be romantic with each other.
