sims cas not working

everytime i join the game i try to create a new sim, not working. sits at a white screen and i always have to do the task manager to exit it. i've already tried removing my mods and everything, even repairing ea, anyone know what to do??

Learn to search the previous threads, see that little "Search this topic" bar to the right? Put "CAS" into it and see all the threads asking for the same help for the same problem with the same solutions that fixed them up.

i had to delete the column mod for this, but even after u get past that, some of my sims were like shadow black.. wasnt cc just the game
